Dr Gurprit Ganda, Clinical Psychologist
I believe that every individual has the inherent strength and capacity for growth and healing. As a clinical psychologist, my role is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. With extensive experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and age groups, I have developed a deep understanding of the complex nature of human experiences. I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals who have experienced trauma and are struggling with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). By integrating evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs and help you develop effective coping strategies.
My areas of expertise also include addressing anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Dr. Ganda holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from overseas. She has received extensive training in various evidence-based therapies, including CBT, MBCT, EMDR, DBT, and TF-CBT. Dr. Ganda is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia as a Clinical Psychologist.

Sushama Sathe, Psychologist
I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey to mental well-being and personal growth. In my psychotherapy sessions, I create an environment where clients can discover their inner strength and develop the tools needed for positive life changes. I find deep fulfillment in helping clients build their self-esteem and realize their inherent potential, witnessing their transformation from moments of distress to newfound confidence and joy.
With extensive experience working with diverse populations, I treat a range of psychological concerns including generalized anxiety, depression, health anxiety, and grief. I am particularly dedicated to supporting clients through perinatal depression and anxiety, low confidence issues, and body dysmorphia. My practice extends to working with individuals experiencing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Borderline Personality disorder (BPD), and Bipolar disorder.

I am also dedicated to providing holistic integrative counselling that unites mind, body, and breath practices with evidence-based mindfulness approaches and compassion-centered techniques. With two decades of experience working with clients globally, I create a supportive environment where profound transformation can occur through the integration of eastern wisdom and western therapeutic practices.​ My solution focussed and strength based approach combines mindful breathing therapy, meditation, and yoga with mainstream counselling and psychological interventions to address trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges. I believe in nurturing holistic well-being through natural modalities, emphasizing healthy diet, relaxation, lifestyle balance, and positive thinking as foundations for mental and physical wellness.

Samita holds a distinction Masters in Science degree in Psychology with focus on Counselling and a Master's degree in Science of Living, Yoga and Meditation from overseas, along with and a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology. She is an accredited and certified MHFAider, with Mental Health First Aid, Australia, equipped with the practical skills and confidence to recognize, understand and respond to someone experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis. She is also a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association. She holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology, English, and Journalism. As an extensively qualified Yoga Educator and Spiritual Teacher, she has received personal training from renowned Yoga Lineage Masters. She holds a E-RYT 500 YACEP Yoga registration, and is a Vedanta Educator. She has studied compassion principles directly under the guidance of The Dalai Lama and is a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist.
