A mugshot of Dr Gurprit Ganda

Dr Gurprit Ganda, Clinical Psychologist

I believe that every individual has the inherent strength and capacity for growth and healing. As a clinical psychologist, my role is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we will work collaboratively to identify and build upon your unique strengths, helping you navigate life's challenges and achieve your goals.

With extensive experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and age groups, I have developed a deep understanding of the complex nature of human experiences. I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals who have experienced trauma and are struggling with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). By integrating evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs and help you develop effective coping strategies.
My areas of expertise also include addressing anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I believe that by fostering a strong therapeutic alliance built on trust, empathy, and genuine care, we can work together to help you gain deeper insights, build resilience, and create lasting, positive change in your life.
