No. Potentialz Unlimited is not a registered NDIS provider. We accept self-managed and plan-managed participants only. We are unable to provide services to NDIA-managed participants.
Sessions are charged at the current NDIS support catalogue rate for psychology services under Capacity Building — Improved Daily Living. Rates are set by the NDIS annually. Contact us to confirm the current applicable rate.
Self-managed participants pay invoices directly and claim reimbursement from the NDIA. Plan-managed participants have a registered plan manager who pays invoices on their behalf. NDIA-managed (agency-managed) participants must use registered providers — which we are not.
Psychological services can support goals related to improved daily living, emotional regulation, social participation, and mental health management. Your psychologist can provide a letter of support for relevant goals.
No GP referral is required for NDIS-funded psychology. However, some participants also have a GP Mental Health Care Plan, which creates two separate funding pathways that cannot be combined in a single session.
Contact us first to confirm your management type. Same-week appointments typically available.
